so you don't like living near those foreigners then. Move
    Are you serious?

It doesnt matter if they are english, welsh, polish, asian, american or martian! If this was happening I would be fuming.

Summer is here. The communal garden is for all residents. Fine, there may be the odd party but you do not expect it to taken over by 1 resident or their friends/family - no matter what nationality they are.

To the OP, I have no idea what to suggest but if your landlord CBA then let him find a new tenant. You should not have to move, but if you cant get it resolved, why try and fight it?

Alternatively, get a couple of stink bombs and keep dropping them somewhere hidden - nobody is going to want to sit there then :-P

It is relevant when the OP has tried speaking to them about it and gets the 'don't speak English' card being played.

Exactly, unfortunately AdrianC is the type of idiot that is turning this country into a joke.....he is the type who probably owns a business that employs Eastern Europeans on peanuts as they live 8 to a house and can afford to live like that and accept those conditions. Meanwhile reducing the salary of native employees to the point where it's not worth their while to get a job. But hey it's essential for the British economy right!

Anyone who lives in London or any other major city can see the effect immigration specifically from Eastern Europe has had, you can't tell me that all those coffee shop, hotel, restaurant and other jobs once held by students are now using Eastern Europeans because there is no local demand.

Visit Paris, see how many people in those jobs have local accents, it's a hell of a lot more than London.

Oh and add to that any real money they earn is sent home to their extended family so give as little to the economy as possible.....but hey let's see the liberal brigade spout there usual 'good for the economy' crap...,

Actually, you couldn't be a lot wronger. Now, there's a surprise...

Apart from the fact I don't actually currently employ anybody - if I did, the pay on offer would be based solely on a fair and appropriate rate for the job, and would not change regardless of who got the job. And the job would go to the best candidate, regardless of any irrelevant details such as national origin, colour of skin, gender, sexuality, etc etc.

Your true colours are showing. And, where shirts are concerned, that's brown.

Actually I will have you know that having voted labour all of my life I will be voting UKIP this time as they seem to be the only party that are not selling this country down the river.

If the fact they're "foreign" and "all from the same country" is irrelevant, why mention it? Would the OP have mentioned if they all worked in the same supermarket? Of course not. It'd be irrelevant.

The reason this is relevant is the people concerned appear not to understand English, so discussing the matter with them has proven to be difficult.
  • In your situation I would approach the managment company responsible for the freehold/leaseholds and report these incidents.

They have rules and regulations in place for all those living on the development to heed and to be informed of anti-social behaviour at all hours and the blatant disregard of quiet enjoyment to the other residents made by a few.

Have you tried calling the police out when the noise and general visitations by those with no right to be there extends into the early hours and morning?
