"Does do 4g" is a pretty much meaningless statement.
MSE article (2013): Were you mis-sold an iPhone 5? I don't know if Apple have modified their phones since last year.
Its not meaningless if you know that the 5 is unable to do Voda 4G and the 5S has the required frequency support0 -
Are you sure it was Vodafone and not OneCom that called you?0

Yes definitely vodafone- I've even got the girls name. Vodafone customer services can see that I was phoned last fri 1st aug at 2.30pm. But somehow it'll take them 'a while' to listen to that phone call! If my contract has been changed without my consent does that mean vodafone have broken their contract with me?0

Lee - have you had a chance to look at this? I was told by vodafone someone would contact me on sat morning but I'm still waiting!0

I'm patiently left 'holding on' for the last 20mins to customer service even tho the girl said she can see a note on my account that I was right and was promised sky sports and 5g of data!!!! So I'm presuming Vodafone had just decided to 'change' my agreed terms and contract thinking I wouldn't notice??? Sooooo cross!0

Hi Lee - I'm hoping you're getting this sorted! Having spoken to a solicitor they've said as vodafone have changed my contract without my ok( I'm not getting what I agreed to) that I can effectively end my contract. This makes a lot of sense to me - seeing as it's now 5 weeks and I'm being charged £70 a month when it was agreed at less than half of that!! Does anyone know if this is correct?0
