Have you got her account details you could go on to her online account and there is a bit where you can register her email address or on the web page where you booked it there is an online help number try that?

:eek: tried my account number and it didnt work boo hoo! I pay for my items by credit card usually and rang Next. They converted my account over to a flex account as they said the VIP slot wouldnt work using my other account number, BUT!! it has stayed the same account number !!!!!!?! I cannot use it until tmw as it takes 24 hrs to be set up:eek: . Hope it works tmw or I am gonna have to wait for the special code too:rolleyes:

i usually get an invite but not this year, husband has to work this sat and with 3 kids i cant go to the store, bit miffed as i got a list of sale stuff through the post this morning (dont know why they bother sending them as by saturday there will be nothing decent left), waste of paper. fingers crossed a code will be posted but it looks like next are keeping it pretty well secret this time.

I have 2 young girls and I should really have shares in the place! Wonder if I bought the items full price then returned them could I buy them back at the sale price!:j

i have purchased some items in the sale took them back a few days later and no sooner have they got them back then they put it straight back out again.

I've been a customer for a good 10 years now,spent a fortune with them and never even get a sniff at these things!

I do sympathise with you. Next's VIP invites seem to be a law unto themselves. I didn't get an invite either and like you, have been a customer for years. I also found out that the new Autumn/Winter directories had been delivered in my area.......but not to me!!! I was peeved so I telephoned them to find out if there was something wrong with my account. They apologised, have sent out a directory plus gave me a slot for the VIP sale. Result! :j

my husband rang a while ago and managed to blag a slot for thursday afternoon, probably not much left by this time but better than having to wait until saturday.

Amazing! I just called through to complain I had not received my A/W catalogue and also mentioned that I was having problems with getting a VIP slot with the 'email' i received from Next.

With a white lie about what the email said, I was given a VIP slot for Thursday pm!
