Thanks for the advice to try again - I was a reject this morning but am now one of the special ones! I had been trying to convince myself that I didn't need anything anyway, but will now no doubt end up spending, if I can get to a computer at 5 on Wed.0

Yeah, I had a "heated" discussion with customer services last year regarding their VIP invites. I've been a Next customer for years and would hate to think how much I've spent with them during this time and I very rarely get a VIP invite, although 2 of my friends get VIP invites EVERY sale time! They say the VIPs are chosen at random so my 2 friends must be the luckiest people out there!!!:rotfl:0 -
its silly really , someone on another forum rang and they gave her one so surly they should do it for everyone x0

Yip, I had that discussion with them last year too. I informed them that other non-VIPs had phoned up and were given a slot. I was told that staff were not allowed to dish out slots to anyone other than invited customers only. Twice I asked to speak with her manager but she would not put me through. I would not hang up till they resolved it for me but I've probably been black listed now. :rotfl:0
