Does anyone know if you add items to your basket in the current directory now - can you save it until the slot time (even if it's likely that some of it will be out of stock then)?

    does anybody know this? thanks

No I don't think you can save goods in your basket as I think it automatically empties itself after a certain amount of time.

I'n not sure if Next allow you to do this or not. I wouldn't have thought so or we'd all be trying it! Perhaps if you had "an accomplice" to help you it might work. ;)

If you get a nice sales assistant, like me :D, then you can do this !! When people return goods - bought in store or through the Directory then it just goes straight back onto the shop floor anyway.

Really  that's great to know. Is it company policy to do this? or just if you get a nice sales assistant like yourself.

My local M&S offered to do this for me after Christmas when I took some items back that I bought in the sale but that had since been reduced further, including a girls dress that was £18 I paid £7 and it was only £3!! Ridiculous but I really didnt need the items so I declined the offer and a member of staff scooped most of it up before it hit the shelves again. So you never know!!!
  • it worked for me!!yipee!
i didnt recieve an invite but phoned to check that tell them that my email had changed and i had forgot to tell them.she took my new email and asked me what time i would like!!
