    Do as the experts tell you but also do some research on Town Quay. You must not name the driver.
    In my researches I came across this car park perhaps on peepipoo I think there is mention of it being relevant land covered by docks bye-laws. This may come in handy as PE are not known for their forgiving nature.

    Further to my earlier message. Follow the experts under no circumstances name the driver.
    Cases won at POPLAhave been won on GPEOL so follow the experts.
    However in the very unlikely event of losing at POPLA this is relevant land and they cannot chase the registered keeper.

    He should do - it's true that the keeper is NOT liable. PE know this as well. So make sure templates are used, no writing an appeal himself and outing the driver!
