Good morning
Today will be house jobs and general pottering followed by some lovely chill time later on. I am looking forward to an uninterrupted reading session and possibly a film tonight. Might even have a glass of something too
MG - Nice to see you hun. Hope you are ok x

Sounds like a blissful day. I hope you enjoyed your chill time and I certainly hope that you had a glass of something too!

Good Morning
No work for the rest of the week :j Small pleasures eh
I've got some errands to run today and then I'm off to visit some friends for a couple of days. Looking forward to a change of scenery
No money newsIt's that funny time in the month where not much is happening and payday still feels ages away
BW
ETA - I managed to win myself a couple of tickets to a local comedy club this week0 -
It definitely feels a bit slow at the moment, doesn't it? In a bit of a slump here, £3 payments from cashback sites all feel a bit pointless when weighed against six figure mortgages!
Ps. I've started playing the Lottery, it's all your fault0 -
Morning BW
Hope you're having a lovely weekend.
Psssst...it'll soon be payday! :T

Good afternoon
It's been a while since I posted.... whoops! That's what happens when life gets a bit busy.
So I'm trying to think what has happened whilst I've been away....
I had a few days off work and caught up with some friends and got plenty of relaxation in..which was a good job... as this week back at work has been nuts  Early starts and long days meant that I was pretty much coming home, eating, vegging in front of tv for an hour before crashing into bed. And it was a struggle doing that!
I went out on Friday night and may just have had a few too many drinks... as I felt pretty fragile for most of yesterday. Think I'd know better at my age :rotfl: Though it was a good night and a lot of fun was had by all
So today has been busy catching up on all the house jobs that didn't get done in the week or yesterday. I'm glad the weather is so lovely as that has helped.
I've also been out for an eye test... bit naughty as I hadn't been for 3 years... but all good and my prescription hasn't changed so no need for new glasses either :T
The last couple of weeks have been a bit spendy as I treated myself to a pair of new trousers for work and a new top (not for work). I've also bought some new storage shelves and organisers for the kitchen cupboards. I don't have that much cupboard space and I wanted to maximise what I do have. Cupboards now look very well ordered(I've just realised I am officially old now getting pleasure from something like that :rotfl:)
I've also made a start on C-mas shopping. Not totally conscious effort but I happened across some items that would be perfect for people and so decided to get them whilst I thought about it.
Surveys are still ticking along. I've reached payout again on VO and also currently waiting for a £20 survey to be paid over. I've also reached payout on OP again - so waiting for my £40 from that too
OP's have been ticking along. I've managed £25 since I was last here which has been a number of survey payments.
Think that's about it...

Thanks for stopping by MG - always lovely to see you
Weekend is actually ok.. though never long enough
I'm lucky in that I've actually had my payday. Should have been today but had it early due to falling on a weekend. Though it never seems to last for very long0 -
Ooh you've had a very productive day - well done!:T Glad you had a fab night out - having a good laugh is always the best medicine. Well done on your survey earnings - I'm amazed you've managed to reach payout on OP, I've been on there for a few years and am only halfway towards the payout total...maybe I don't check it enough?
Early payday - lucky you! Time to do the money shuffle.
Have a good week.

MG - re: OP - I seem to recall that my first payout took ages and ages to reach - but it definitely doesn't feel as bad since. I find it works best if I log in each day. There are usually a number of surveys and even with screenouts it adds up without feeling too bad. It's my second payout this year with them.
Looking forward to the shuffle tomorrow0 -
You're really consistent with surveys and OP's BW, I'm all or nothing at the moment! Glad you had a good night out, letting your hair down once in a while makes this MFW marathon more bearable.
The good weather has certainly helped get the garden jobs done, a few of my neighbours seemed to have the same idea. Won't be long before we all hibernate for the Winter and not really see anyone!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0
