What you meant to say is, depending on your useage it may be cheaper.

Not so sure, P4U said it would work in the OP's home location so they should be the ones responsible.


However no network will say there is cover inside a building, there's too many variables in what the walls are made of that could create problems.

Not always.


I'd say it's often cheaper not to have a contract but does not always work out, it depends entirely in your use, if you are a heavy phone user contracts almost always work out better overall, depending on the deal it can be cheaper to get the phone on a contract, that buying a phone and using PAYG.
