Hola Beauty Queens
Time for my update, I'm sitting at cricket while DH keeps wicket, the sun is shining but the wind is cold, wishing I'd worn something more substantial than a teeny skirt! Here's my INs:
Tigi Catwalk Curls Rock shampoo 750ml
Tigi Bed Head Self Absorbed conditioner 750ml
Tigi Catwalk Headshot shampoo 750ml
Tigi Catwalk Headshot conditioner 750ml
Tigi Bed Head Hook Up mousse wax 150ml
Tigi Catwalk Root Boost root lift 250ml
Paul Mitchell Extra Body Daily Boost root lift 250ml
Paul Mitchell Extra Body Daily Boost root lift 100ml
Paul Mitchell Quick Slip Styling Cream 150ml
All of the above came to £32; I'm pretty happy with that haul and have already made a start on the Curls Rock and Self Absorbed, they both have a strong, sweetie smell which I quite like but I can understand why it might not be everyone's cuppa. I'll be hiding all of these goodies from DD and DSD, they can trawl through some of my older stash
The Hook Up is very strange, I have read online that the dispenser is a bit of a nightmare but at £1 it was worth a go. It says on the packaging that a little goes a long way and boy, are they right! I used roughly a quarter of the amount I would normally use with mousse and my hair was sticky as, have to say though that my curls looked really defined and bouncy so I'm hoping that if I can the dosage right, it'll be a goodie.
And finally, the UUs.
Tresemme Naturals Moisture Shampoo 750ml; WMBA
Tresemme Naturals Moisture Conditioner 750ml; WMBA. As an aside, I don't think I have EVER finished a matching poo and dish on the same wash
Estee Lauder Day Wear moisturiser sample; WNB, felt nice enough but smelled like cucumbers, which I like eating but don't want my face stinking of all day.
Estee Lauder Revitalising Supreme CC Creme sample; WNB, left my face very greasy and couldn't see any obvious improvement to the appearance of my skin.
Pantene Defined Curls Mousse 200ml; WMBA, bit of a stash relic, I would use this for a while then stick it in the back of the drawer and forget about it for six months before dusting it off again. Nice enough but not wowing.
S&G Peaches & Clean face wash 200ml; WNBA, think this is my third bottle of the stuff and I am over it now. Packaging still a nightmare.
Sorry for the behemoth of a postHope all are well xx

I have a couple of INS to declare, but in my defence, it is things I don't already have a stash of.
Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom and Honey bath oil
I'm on a bit of a Jo Malone obsession at the moment and this apparently compliments the Pom Noir scent
No7 Total Renewal Micro Exfoliator
I ran out of Soap and Glory exfoliator and love the facial version of this so decided to try the body one.
No7 Beautiful Skin wipes
I NEVER use wipes, never ever. But for £2 and with the prospect of going back to work next week and the late nights/tiredness that ensues, I thought 'I'm better taking make up off with something rather than nothing' - good logic, yes?

The good news is the first of my Regis orders arrived; the bad news is DH was off work "sick" today and got to the parcel before I did. The worst news is my second delivery is on its way and will likely arrive tomorrow when he's here too.
BUSTED.
I will update my numbers on Monday. I do have a couple of UU to attempt to rebalance
I had the same problem last week.
Hubby took an unexpected day off on the day 4 parcels were due to arrive - 2 QVC and 2 Lakeland!
None of them were toiletries, they were all things for the home but he's always telling me no more kitchen things.
Luckily he was out when they arrived so I quickly opened the Lakeland parcels and put new items in the kitchen cupboards, opened the QVC bedding and got that in the wash but still have a large (but slimmish) parcel hiding behind the utility room door waiting for him to go to work on Monday, :rotfl:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Dolly, I love the BS Aloe toner. I bought it a while ago when not wishing to pay out for LE IBST, it does not offer the same luxurious scent, but does the job of hydrating my skin extremely well. I will WDBA too. Must make a note of the No7 cuticle care, I have tried stacks of products that just do not deliver, have a Lush Lemony Flutter atm, I have decanted some into a tiny Lush pot and added tea tree oil as I seem to have a fungally nail, from gardening I think:(
Raining steadily, but not too heavily here, no high winds forecast as far as I ca see. Keep dry and safe everyone.:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
I'm glad I am not the only one that hides parcels from the hubby; my heart sings with relief when I get to them first. If he does see them, I make out it was something very small and very cheap or I make a big song and dance and feigned disgust about the huge great big box they sent with just this one very small tiny item. 'It's outrageous - what a blooming great waste of space and money, I am surprised they can afford to be sending fresh air half way around the world.' :rotfl:
Today I finally UU Body Shop Divine Calm Sublime Body Lotion 200ml this was a bit of a stash relic bought in early 2011 when I had just given up smoking as was feeling anything but calm. After having taken this long to use it I don't think I'll be buying another and there's plenty more gallons of body lotion that need to be used before I dare think about buying more.
