Are people happy with Legal and General Home Insurance

Used L&G last year - cost was £210 but got £30 back via Quidco.

Renewal quote this year dropped to £190.

However I went for a slightly higher cost (£200) from Aviva in order to get £60 Quidco cashback. Net £140.

I've just posted about this in Insurance.

I took out a home insurance policy last November, with an offer I saw on this site of a £70 Amazon giftcard with new policy.

I've just emailed to ask where the incentive offer is (they 'Can't discuss my policy by email' apparently. Although I wasn't emailing to discuss my policy but the no-show incentive offer!

Have just phoned and advised 'it got lost in the system' and is only a £10 Amazon voucher they'll send! The person at their call centre rambled on about how I have to claim a card through this site!?! Kept putting me on hold to speak with her Manager (was clueless!).

Any ideas how this is claimed please?
