    Not in the case of the father/son in this thread.


    As the damage is not covered by insurance, then our premiums won't be affected.


    Suing the father will just be a waste of money as has already been posted, the father is blameless!

    What sort of a person sues their own father ??????
    The sort that is too mean to pick up the tab on his own insurance.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.
