    For no other reason than to bump it at the top (shame on you both Arnold Clark and Vauxhall!), just wanted to say well done OP for not being intimidated by them and sticking to your guns.

    This needs more visibility, as only negative reactions en masse can get companies to start treating customers properly.

    to be fair to Arnold Clark they need to get authorization from VX for warranty repairs or they themselves dont get paid do they ?
