On the link it says
Leading fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg has created a fragrance as iconic as her wrap dress: Diane.
Her fragrance represents femininity, power and sensuality...Be the woman you want to be!.
The scent is a woody and floral, with key notes of violet and frangipani which contrast each other, on a glamorous bed of patchouli, myrrh and musk.
Don't know if that's any help
Thankyou tweets not sure it's for me but I must say I do like the bottle it's in;)as do I also like her wrap dresses.
Are you looking forward to the final of BB tonight. Not sure about CBB don't really like the look of whose going in;):eek:0 -
With it being a BTL flat, are your target tenants likely to be those that will need a key card type meter or will be okay/better with a normal meter? I understand options for tariffs are more limited with prepayment and also get charged a higher rate. Changing meter could only be done by the owner I believe?
Depending on the market, I am not sure whether this type of meter would make it more of less attractive to tenants?
Just a thought.

I think although don't quote me on this that the electricty company will change the meter to a normal meter free of charge. Give them a ring LEJC and ask them0 -

Looked into this a little tbh Anon...it seems that the block of flats were built as key meters and also water meters too..the development its on is mixed with owners and renters but it seems that most use meters for electricity.
Ive also spoken to several letting agents who have confirmed that whilst tenancy rates are high and no issues with void times they are usually not long stayers and as such a 12 month contract for a rental period is average...but typically 6 month turnarounds are very common.....It also seems that keys are preferred by the tenants even though its not my actual preference on budgeting.
Ive even asked the electric supplier about DD payments for us whilst we are turning it round for rent but it seems that whilst we will save 15% that way...I think it will take longer to set up and collect the first payment, than we intend to be before tenant is insitu.
You are correct that its the owner who changes to meter from key however at the moment it seems only me who would be in favour of one,and I'm not going to be living there...so for the moment we live by the key!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

We've just had a huge down pour too:mad: whilst I was out so my nicely nearly dried washing is now very wet washing:(....
And now the sun is shining again.....do I chance it and hang it back out???
Now that's the question!!!
I too bobbed to morries, wasn't going to participate this time but decided I couldn't resist, got quite a choice today, I think I left it a bit last last time...
Today I got 4x pollock fillets in bread crumbs, £2
2 chicken crowns 2 for £5
2 packs of beef mince 2 for £3.50
I've just managed to put them in freezer bags and squeeze them in... With the exception of one chicken crown that's cooking nicely in the oven:)0
