sadly it has been happening for nearly a year :( I'm sure it has been reported it on here a few times. Tesco are very slow to do anything about it. :(
Happened to me last year, they took £60! T are pretty good at redeeming though.

You're more than welcome to meet us, we'll be in JL with our free cake and coffee - my new vouchers have turned up and the first ones only have 7 days till they expire

Text me when you are visiting then. I've got 2 moc's for JL, 22nd Aug date. May take DS on sunday or Monday.

Talking of coffee and cake, I'm going for posh afternoon tea to the Langham in London on Sat, a treat for my sis's bday. It's where afternoon tea originated ;)

    Good morning everyone :)

Popping in to say hi :j:j but also to remind everyone to keep an eye on their Club Card vouchers in their accounts. Many many vouchers are still being stolen from accounts.

    Have a good day x

My sister had £850.00 worth stolen from her account in June and Tesco were crap at sorting it out.

:eek::eek: i've not heard anything about this?:eek::eek:

It's been happening a fair bit
  • I just had to laugh, my grandson (9) is here for a few days and he was just reading the thread with me, when he asked what my signature on here meant about the stones...

I explained to him that life is full of struggles and people throwing stones at us, and it is up to us what we do with the stones, we either build a wall and block it out or we build a bridge and get over it, to which he replied......................

Nanna, ...................... why dont we just throw the stones back:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.

It's AvM. But you must check in your A to see if it is RTC first, then do a HD or a C&C. If you buy instore, then it will charge you the shelf price and you prob wont get an APG

I find the glitches and you can explain them;):rotfl:
Never thought I would say that:rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning

I'm probably the only one who didn't really rate being that young, my teens were horrible, as were my twenties. Life became much better after turning 30, and stopped caring about stuff that just really doesn't matter but seems so important when you are young. Don't get me wrong, I partied like the best of them, but after years of doing it, it gets rather boring. I wouldn't go back in time for all the money in the world ;)

I loved my twenties, had so much fun, amazing jobs and experiences and travelled lots. But i wouldn't go back. Love being in my thirties too. I think maybe I'm just happy whatever :p:D

I just chuckled out loud then read that to DD and her response was 'can we do that?' :rotfl:
The best thing about getting older is learning not to take carp, doing whatever you like and being more confident and assertive. I love the "when i wear purple" poem, it's our family motto :D

I too was one of those people who hid from knocks on the door. I remember about 15 years ago when I was trying to get a 2nd mortgage to clear some debts with a fairly dodgy company. I was working for my brother and rushing to the phone box every lunchtime to beg them to put it through. They turned us down luckily and we managed. Not to say we did not remortgage a few times with B/S but these are nearly paid off although some cc debts remain. At last I am able to pay my bills each month and am gradually clearing back debts. Not afraid of opening the door these days. Had a knock last night from nice 15 year old boy from around corner who spoke to me in garden last week asking if he could do my garden. Has his own mower and hedgetrimmer and is supposed to come today to cut my lawns and hedges for me for £20.00. Really nice lad and glad to give him a chance.

I remember looking at the sheer amount of money we owed a few years ago and thinking we'd never get sorted.
Luckily the light at the end of the tunnel is now much closer than it used to be.
We ran up a lot of debt, we've fought our backsides off to clear it ourselves, we didn't take the easy route out (we have family members who have gone bankrupt just to clear theirs) and I'm proud to say to my kids we stuffed up but we worked hard to fix our mistakes (and hope they don't make the same ones :o )
You'll get there too Rose :grouphug:
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Tiger I've been there. I used to afternoon tea a lot when I was more reckless with money. It's excellent. Definitely one of the best :)
