Lovely find. Well done Mr F.
As these are also in the £3 off £15 online spend I presume will go well with the £5 off fruit and veg Orchard gave me so I could get £9 back on a £25 online shop minus £5 f&V. sure it will be easy to find 10+ f&V items for £5.
I personally don't eat these but my stepdad and son in law do:T
As usual only just arrived here so not caught up yet.
Thanks FC Poppies ordered:)

Savvybuyer wrote: »I can believe this, in fact. It does fit in with my view of how these promotions work and how they do, on the whole, deliver profits for M. Obviously very successful with the muggles doing their full weekly shops:T:T:T.
There is a reason why the coupons appear on Thursdays. It's getting ready for the weekend, when most people do their (weekly) shopping, buying loads of items and obviously it gets people into M instead of a competitor to do that particular shop. A very important part of the market for M to have.
I hope the F&V runs at the same intervals for ever more. The last one, I managed to have just a couple of apples left from it and then this new £5 F&V came on. Now the household has enough apples to last until, hopefully the next one in the same number of weeks' time. It is excellently-timed and allows just enough fruit with the fivers to be bought to last till the next coupons:T:rotfl:.
Or my silly mother who thought it was the same as the meat one and spent £10 to get the £5 off!!!!
I really do give up trying to explain:eek:0 -

i also have a lot of mushrooms that i am going to dry tomorrow to use in pasta or sauces,, and some peppers but not sure what to do with those..
I got some cherries to make Cherry Jam, and Cherry & Almond Relish.
I also got some Plums, either to make Plumbrillo (like membrillo, jelly-like fruit you get in Spain, made with quinces, but I thought I'd try with plums).
I'm also going to make some Mary Berry Christmas Chutney - probably leave that till another day, though, now.
re. peppers, roasted red pepper soup is delish, and dead easy to make.I have been making blueberry jam:Drhosynbach wrote: »i did have over £10 worth of normal shopping so i thought it was petty for 1p but never mind i have really enjoyed the f and v voucher, and we boys have tried new things that i would not have brought
and today I got some veg for long-term storage.
I also gave away quite a few vouchers that I wasn't going to have time to use - including a group of Chinese students, a hippyish couple who didn't look like between them they had a penny to scratch their bums with, a lovely woman who was so grateful - she said "I must give you something":o and then "I'd give you some money but I've only got my credit card ... so sweet (and before you ask, PD, no phone numbers were exchanged).

I will say that this time around I just bought fresh fruit and veg for eating, not preserving. Jelly is right, it's amazing how exhausting it is preserving all day long.
It's a shame that food banks don't take meat and fresh fruit etc. I know why but I'd gladly donate the stuff I have spare (especially the fruit and veg I'm getting virtually free) so it doesn't end up in the bin.Debt free 6th December 2014
