Let's see what it turns out like, but it tasted lovely in the pan (there was a little bit left over, not enough for even a little jar, so I'm saving that to pour over something ... or maybe just pour it straight down my throat). I thought it would be more theraputic than it was, but it seemed to take ages to get the 'set point'; and I'd had a less-than-great start to the day when this morning I realised I hadn't shut the freezer door properly last night when I'd put some rasps in to freeze, so it had all iced up and needed defrosting  ... But, done now, and it's now full of fruit and all kinds of goodies.
The pasta sauce is done, too, all jarred up - five big jars in total.:)
I'm just deciding whether to batch-cook some mushroom pate this evening. Struggling to work up the energy, TBH, doesn't feel like I've stopped today ... oh, and I've just realised I haven't had anything to eat today, either, apart from a few licks of strawberry jam. Right, that's settled it - food time.:j'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Clearly, some SAs have just been overriding it. The SA that told me that, my shop was £4.85, but it was the first of two (and the last two-shops of many:)) so I'd got into the habit as a precaution of having 2-3 chillies in my second shop, and then asking the SA to add a chilli or two or however many it needed to take it over £5. I've had a couple that came out at exactly £5, the rest were a few pennies over. Worth remembering for next time. Even better if your store has whole turmeric, as the pieces are so tiny that they work out at about a penny each:D
i did have over £10 worth of normal shopping so i thought it was petty for 1p but never mind i have really enjoyed the f and v voucher, and we boys have tried new things that i would not have brought0 -
