Can you imagine if A started accepting CC vouchers in response!?!
They did a few years ago. 2007 to be precise, as it was the year I moved into my new house. Had to travel a little way, but was well worth it, using all my used cc vouchers.
Sainsburys have also done it, and morrisons did it a couple of years ago.
Always worth holding onto your used cc vouchers, as you never know when a competitor might start taking them!0 -
Nowt wrong with it
T can't reclaim the cost either way and have no right to ask valassis if redeemed in A
I certainly wouldn't print multiples to use in T though
Each to their own devices though
There's everything wrong with it:o

:D:D:D
I only use them rarely, sometimes petrol if I'm in need and passing. I'm signed with British gas for Nectar since we got the new boiler, so every month I get points as I pay gas by dd.
MrT was my shop of choice but of course r&r and dtd then 1p hunts kept me faithful, but 1p items never seem to frequent my local store.
Remember the 1p photo key rings? Some put in an appearance in my local last week, one clipstrip. They have all gone now:rotfl: :rotfl:

Tosco will take up to £10 in APGs, but you fancy buying the Sun for a £5 voucher?
Have a sit down and think about it.
Yeap… and no matter what I think I still don't understand it… maybe I need to read more than the 4 pages I have restricted myself to xx100 -

Normally I'd agree with you, but in this case Tesco cannot claim any money back from anyone. An apg is only "legal tender" in Asda, and the rules pertaining to copying, reuse etc are only applicable for use in Asda.
As far as Tesco is concerned you might as well be paying with Monopoly money because the vouchers are worthless to them (and therefore it's not relevant whether you've used them before). It's a marketing ploy to subvert Asda shoppers over to Tesco and there will be a budget for the losses occurring during this period.
Personally I can only see this backfiring as soon as the asda shoppers see the prices in T!:rotfl:
Speaking of which, I was already coming in to post this. Maybe some Tvs A?
An absolute horrid price comparison on the APG on that Chocolate Cake - very strangely, showing it as an mbuy price for Mr A. It would be fantasic if that worked the other way (maybe paid for with APGs to £10 value in a "selected" (by Mr T:() Mr T) with 9 different fillers, but I very very much doubt it sadly.
As usual, comparable mbuys (from A-T but not necessarily the other way round) are shown in bold.
