Burn......I love that word! (in that context) :D I hadn't heard it in a long time until you used it recently.

I do hope all goes well at the dentist. I have to go back in 3 months, my heart sank when she told me that :(

It is a lovely word what's the English equivalent ? A stream ? Its bit bigger than a stream though.

I'm supposed to be booked in for small filling but being that wisdom tooth is loose and teeth not meeting I'm not sure what she will try. New dentist as other one has left. He's starting new practice in Edin

    Good luck the 'burgers

Also...today is known as 'black wednesday' in the UK/NHS.

Thousands of new junior docs start and studies have shown there are more deaths in hospital at this time of year...

    See here: www.itv.com/news/story/2014-08-06/patients-more-likely-to-die-during-black-wednesday/

Yes, we are "eagerly" awaiting the new arrivals

A whole new load of docs who we will need to teach how to dictate properly :rotfl:

By the way...did anyone else know that John Lewis are stopping their free tea and cake offer? Apologies if already mentioned but I haven't been perusing this thread for a couple of weeks.

    :(

It was good while it lasted.
