Morning all, nice that its bright today and not raining like yesterday. Pretty windy here in the Cotswolds, still have plenty of washing to get done so cant complain

Had two weird things happen with APGs yesterday. Am trying to get them solved with customer services but with limited success

Did 2 C&Cs yesterday, although they were for different times ended up collecting them both at the same time. When I went online later they were both showing as collected but only one had the APG button. When I clicked on the button, it showed me the shopping order from the other that didnt have a button. At the moment therefore, i'm down one APG which is quite big as its a poo shop. Spent frustrating 45 minutes on the phone going round an endless circle between the online team in India and the APG team

second issue is did a shop instore through SS. Didn't notice until I got home but receipt didn't print fully and i'm missing the barcode and therefore cant enter for an APG. In the old days you used to have to input the figures at the top of the receipt - any way of still doing this now?

You can't do 2 C&C without claiming a voucher in between. It tells you on the website that you can only see details of your last order. I'm sure in you case your APGs from the 2 shops will have been merged. If they were against 2 different shops, then your account will be correct. You can't do 2 shops at once :(
You might just draw attention to yourself by pursuing this through CS, as there's no mistake there.

    RF, just go careful.

My friend spent time at CS when an order had not gone her way in terms of apgs and also time on the phone to CS in South Africa , it ended with her account being closed, her card being blocked and also a physical ban from Asda.
We are not supposed to get these vouchers anyhow, and it's been mentioned many times that 2 CnC need to be picked up separately and not signed off together as one voucher will become unclaimable. This is your own fault I'm afraid, please don't jeopardise your own account and learn from your mistake.

I'm sorry it went wrong for you though ! X
