Just back from morries and managed to use 2 vouchers. Sooooo busy there. So thought I would try to do 2 transactions. After I paid for 1st shop, I said this other shop is mine too. She said have u got another voucher. I said yes. So had to go to another checkout. Lucky the one immediately next was free
Had 2 morries gift vouchers from a sun+ offer to use too. So got just over £15 shopping for each transaction and paid pennies :eek:0 -

I'm guessing some stores will have different stuff but the list seems to be a general one

Morning all, nice that its bright today and not raining like yesterday. Pretty windy here in the Cotswolds, still have plenty of washing to get done so cant complain
Had two weird things happen with APGs yesterday. Am trying to get them solved with customer services but with limited success
Did 2 C&Cs yesterday, although they were for different times ended up collecting them both at the same time. When I went online later they were both showing as collected but only one had the APG button. When I clicked on the button, it showed me the shopping order from the other that didnt have a button. At the moment therefore, i'm down one APG which is quite big as its a poo shop. Spent frustrating 45 minutes on the phone going round an endless circle between the online team in India and the APG team
second issue is did a shop instore through SS. Didn't notice until I got home but receipt didn't print fully and i'm missing the barcode and therefore cant enter for an APG. In the old days you used to have to input the figures at the top of the receipt - any way of still doing this now?0 -

Sorry but you shouldn't collect a second c&c until you've asked for the apg on the first.
You don't need to wait until the vouchers are in your account but you do need to have asked for them
Re the second complaint it should be easy enough for cs to print you a new receiptApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Ooops I have done this before.:( I lost out on one APG as you have to collect one shop at a time and make sure the APG has gone through and you have clicked the get a voucher bit, before you collect/order another shop.
Cant help you on the 2nd issue though.0 -

Thanks auu - I'm always learning with this glitch lark - got just enough APG back to cover the cost of all the poo's so I'll chalk it up to experience0
