Hi,

I have been a customer with three for over 10 years and have 2 "Talk xxx" contracts with them which are now sim only, 30 day rolling contract.
I called them today and told them that I was thinking of leaving them for another provider. They tried to offer me some deals to keep me as a customer, but all they could offer me were the same deals as on their website. I asked to be put through to the UK "cancellation/retention" department but was told that there is no UK department and the 'final' cancellation department was with themselves in India and there was nothing else they could do. Is this true?
I am sure that I have rung up in the past and have been put through to a UK team....
I have requested my PAC codes anyway.

    don't think they have
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Why are you so hung up on a UK department? The staff at the Three call centre are pretty easy to deal with in my experience.

You do realise you might still have to talk to an Indian person even if they could transfer your call to a UK based centre. The nationality or race of the CS agent shouldn't really be an issue...

Yes, this used to be the case (happened to me a few years ago).
