I have received the same letter but I was parked in the Northern General Hospital. They are demanding £120 off me and have mentioned in their letter about the Supreme Court and a landmark decision Nov 2015? Do I have to pay?

Thank you. I am using a laptop but I am dyslexic and have trouble understanding things like this.....I have contacted unison about it. I have had a look through your threads but I can't find the Northern General Hospital one? I have also sent a email to the hospital itself so I'm just waiting to hear back from them....should I ring the debt company?
Thank you0 -
You never ring a debt collector - Not DRP or any other!
You do also need to start your own thread giving a little more detail about wgo issued this and where in the chain of demands you are in order to get best help and advice.0 -
Hi sorry this was ages ago but I am really worried.. so today in the post I received a letter from Debt recovery plus saying I owe them £425 for apparently my "3" unpaid parking fines! However I have only ever received one parking fine which was on Easter Sunday and I never paid because it was a private parking company called smart parking and so I didnt think I actually had to pay it and now all of a sudden they are saying I owe them for 3 fines which is completely untrue.. can they actually do anything... they say I cannot appeal and that solicitors are already considering my case.. please help. Thanks0
