    Perhaps, and I actually hope you're right . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .but weren't you saying something similar this time last year ?

PTB were not making it obvious that BTL is going to be reigned in last year. It will be rates, or China, or just that people are tapped out that kills it eventually, but this BTL clampdown is a bonus that will only speed the crash up.:money:

Do you have a date at which we can test this prediction? I don't think it's reasonable to expect people to live their lives on the vague idea that there will be a crash sometime in the next 25 years.

If you can give a firm date, then we can test if you were right or wrong. I tested my prediction for 10 years and had to admit I was wrong in the end.

I didn`t want to live in any of my rented flats for 25 years. Who cares anyway, we are about to see what a property crash looks and feels like. Many people in the UK will be totally gobsmacked.

when is this crashy time due crashy time?

I think this says more about the situation that most realise

Many people do rent small places that are ok but when they look or think about buying they seem to want the best house in a fantastic location.

Well if the aim is to own one of the top 5% of homes in in your area for your first buy its very likely you will 1: no make it and 2: think homes are very overpriced as the idea of the average person buying the top 5% is never going to stack up
  • can anyone suggest me best home energy saving tips

That's because it's hard to predict how far TPTB will go to prop up this debt fueled ponzi bubble.

(For non-HPC readers, TPTB = The Powers That Be)
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.
