Emotions don't enter into it, apart from a slight reluctance sometimes at having to deal with tenants, but at the end of the day it is well worth the money. It is all about finances not emotions, a house is just a property to me, how on earth do you imagine I could get emotional over a house?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Damn! I didn't expect you come to back with such a good logically strong argument.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

That would be nice if a bit of a surprise.
Mind you that's what you get when you prove him wrong.0 -
It's a pity they don't have a moderator on this forum so that it can be closed whenever it descends into this utter drivel.0

So you admit that you have no idea what that flat would have sold for on 2004 I would suggest less than £69k.
What will it sell for in 2014, that is the burning question (not least for the poor punter trying to sell it) 50k maybe, or is that too harsh? Too many people said to the banker - "Can I have my HPI please Sir, Three bags full" Unfortunately many got None, but the banker got all his before he ran away. Sad really.0 -

No it's not if it was say £50k in 2004 the mortgage repayments would be £281 a month if it was £60k it would be £337.0 -
