Well I had hoped to update sooner

Sunday - would have been a NSD but we needed milk and chocolate digestives for the workman

Monday - OH birthday - Cinema and dinner - had vouchers for dinner so not as ££ as it could have been

Tuesday - Mr Doggy day - went to walled garden and then the green - great to have fresh air and lots of smiles - usually when I go to the walled garden I have tea and cake but with doggy in tow couldn't get in. NSD

Wednesday - church, then Pilates

Thursday - ordered lights for bathroom, came in under budget

Friday - Doggy day - would have been NSD but had to pay for tiles for bathroom

Saturday - rather mixed - no scooter in town as battery was dead - meant limited shopping as was on two legs.

Lunch - oh dear large glass of vino and a pudding not good for purse or waist line

Cinema - went to see Testament of Youth - there was a queue so didn't get a drink !

Shopping - JL - cuppa but no cake ! ; dress for a new baby - half price; material to finish projects - 3/4 half price. Finally replaced iPod speaker that had dodgy wires

Sunday - quiet day and a NSD !

Decluttering

I have taken up the challenge that I have spotted on here.... Getting rid of the same number of items as the day in the month - I'm a bit behind January 11 - 65 items mostly taken to the charity shop :T:T:T

I am very sad ..... I have a spreadsheet and I'm logging each item with a photo :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all

Sitting here.... With very few spoons this morning and feeling I must admit rather down but the outside world doesn't know that. It's been a year since I went off sick, and I hoped I would feel better then this.

Right I've said it - I am now waving that thought away in a big red balloon.

So positive actions for today.

1. I have accepted that lunch out with a friend is too much today.... So I have texted to say sorry and rearrange. I feel guilty as havnt seen for a long time..... Hoping she will text back soon. rearranged

2. Yesterday I found 13 things to declutter - so today I have set myself a 27 item challenge which means I will have completed Jan 14 !

3. Yesterday I paid off £5.50 towards my debts - Day 1 - 100 day challenge today I intend to do the same. paid another 5.50 plus £13.74 I owed the joint account

4. Currently researching all the information out there relating to PIP in order to challenge myself to write my blog. I want to find a different host site to Wordpress ... Any one got any suggestions ?

5. Health wise - want to make sure I clean my teeth twice today ( really bad habit of forgetting when going to bed). Complete some Pilate exercises as worked out yesterday with my instructor: complete the food diary on my fitness pal. Take expensive vitamins from my cupboard ! cleaned teeth !

There will be more but need a cuppa

Hello BM - Mr SA is like you in that he hoped to be feeling better by now and he isn't. It's just over a year since his stem cell transplant although a friend who had one reckons two before you feel normal again. Sounds like you both need a spoon transplant. You're doing really well considering so you should be proud of yourself.

Morning all and dear diary

Where did the weekend go? Well I know why - I was sofa surfing as was at a low ebb all week.

On the positive point.....

So I'm still decluttering upto 116 items and I've got a bag on the go with uncounted items - even includes a ball of wool ( it's odd and I hated knitting with it )

I forgot to pay off Day 3 & 4 (sat and sun) will do so today together with Day 5.

LSD on Saturday keeping to just what we required ( that did included a bunch of daffodils - it's medicinal at this time of year :p) they make me smile and feel good

NSD yesterday - when it was possible to have tea and cake out and takeaway for tea - we resisted both :T:T.

Work well abit slow on that point, project managing bathroom rather distracting.... But this week is another week.

Bathroom - loo and basin plumbed in - tiles have arrived (huge sigh of relief as they were required today and they are beautiful ) it's beginning to look like a bathroom :D

Health

1) vitamins - keep forgetting
2) 15 mins Pilates a day started yesturday felt sick and dizzy after 10 mins and have a cricked neck :o
3) Dodgy days over weekend CF high.... Doesn't feel that much better today but determined mind over matter - not cancelling lunch again today and I've got paint to buy :o
4) food diary - intermittent
5) teeth 2 brushing - day - intermittent
6) mental health - family member causing stress to both of us, as they are arranging a family event, which they want us to attend, but instead of discussing it, they have made decisions which mean it's unlikely we can meet their expectations . It's so sad.
So health wise - definitely a report could do better.....

Tat ta i need my third caffeine injection of the day

• Hey Mrs B!

Glad you had an ok weekend. Well done on the LSD and NSD! They feel so good, don't they? :)

As the old saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day". You are making some big lifestyle changes and it will take time to get into the new routines. The trick is to keep trying. That's another favourite of my DM's. "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.".

You are doing well! Hope you have a lovely day today.
