Mr Troy using his usual tactic of not addressing any of the issues raised by The Mail.
The fact is they are a members club masquerading as a regulatory body and I very much doubt they have the staff or resources to undertake proper audits and sanctions and if they do they lose their paymasters, so won't do it anyway.
Unfortunately for them people are now being shown this particular emperor really has no clothes on and 'protection racket' may be closer to the mark.
In one aspect he is right that all PPCs should be a member of a regulatory body, but at the moment the BPA aren't demonstrating it should be them as they have no desire to actually regulate the industry.0
