Marmite thanks for all the fab pics and keeping us going
Well I made number 2 yesterday I managed to go to no shops on the way home in the morningand then due to the council delivering bin bags in the afternoon and then some muppet loudly banging on the door at about half past three I was too tired to go to the shop on the way in last night :rotfl: Mind you it's a good job I left all cash and cards at home as I'm so tired I'm sitting here hankering after a Mr M's breakfast or a bakery treat but I won't be able to do either :T Many many thanks for that tip which I got from this tread many moons ago :j
Soooooo hopefully another one tomorrow as I'm sure I have something in the cupboard I can bring in and here's hoping for a decent day's sleep too
Well done all on all the NSDs coming in......see you tomorrow

No NSD here, eyebrows separated, I am no longer going to be mistaken for that long lost Gallagher sister, then popped to sainsbobs for some fish pie mix...and got two bags of cat treats and some expensive TTD pasta that was on 'offer' as well  Also got some sauce and curry sauce in £stretcher (the curry sauce is the Pataks Festive one - got some jars ages ago in A$da for 10p each, so 50p feels a bit expensive but very handy to have in) Oh, and the cash point swallowed my card  had to speak to the bank in branch who then asked me my sort code and acc #...well I would tell them to you, but they were on my card, which was SWALLOWED, hence I'm phoning, and no, i don't carry my bank statements around with me.....:wall:
How infuriating. :mad:gothrockchic1 wrote: »Hi everyone, thank you for the lovely comments on my foot. I got it X-rayed today and nothing is broken or fractured :jwhich is the best news. So Dr's can make mistakes sometimes.
Also I am on NSD 3 :T.
That's good news!Did you buy some shoes then? You know, you could count the shoes as an emergency spend, which wouldn't count as an nsd?
beanie I'm sorry to hear of your loss.Sending you a (((big hug))),if that's ok.0 -
Yesterday was a very slow start.I'm sorry I didn't post an update.I went swimming in the early evening, and then had to race back,as I remembered that the first episode of The Great British Bake Off was on.
I bought bananas yesterday, but that's an allowed spend.I've already added in today's nsd -#6 ,as I am still wearing my sensible hat.The money for my credit card went out yesterday, which is always a relief,as I than can work out what happens with what's left.I might get my holiday money today, but that's not a spend spend,IYSWIM.0 -

Morning all,
Hugs to those who need them, beanielou sorry to hear about your loss and gothrockchic1 hope your foot is on the mend, ouch!
I'm just catching up - yesterday was meant to be a NSD but wasn't due to an impromptu (cheap) lunch with a friend, but Tuesday was a NSD and I'm boldly declaring that today will be, too - lunch brought to work and dinner planned so no need for a visit to the shops! Takes me to 4 NSDs.
Thank you marmite for your hard work with all the updates!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

Declaring NSD 3/16 for Tuesday making my first (I hope) 3-in-a-row for the month.
Yesterday was a spend day because DH had a hospital appointment which means car parking charges plus a fancy (expensive) coffee to make him feel better after all the prodding, poking, pricking etc. Decided to call into £shop for some bits I need and the 99p shop had an offer of spend £12, get £2 off plus a £2 off coupon for next visit. My listed items came to just over £10 so bought a bottle of sunflower oil and some sticky tape (for auction items being posted) in order to get the £2 off. So 2 items which will be used and would have had to be bought at some time were effectively free :money: I didn't even look at the nail varnishes and cosmetics as I don't need any more at the moment.
Today is looking good but I like to wait until the day is over to declare a NSD. After all t'internet is open 24/7
So sorry to hear about Beany Lou.
Well done to everyone achieving NSD - total is looking impressive already0 -
