Oh dear. It's a good job I don't attend a slimming club as I would be in DISGRACE. I've put 3lbs on in a week. How is that even possible?!! I did 10,000 steps a day so I must have seriously overeaten, which I did.
Last night we went out for curry (took my tastecard but they only knocked off the cost of a main, which in my eyes does not count as two for one) and despite knowing this, I ate a whole sharing bag of chocolate in the afternoon and then got home and had pudding.
So today I need to get back on it or I'll be back where I started.
DD coped very well (a bit too well - but she does have attachment issues) with us going out and having Nanna put her to bed. Unfortunately the week running up to that she coped less well and the weekend was horrendous. Very much like having a teenager.
I'm still hearing little rat sneezes, which is worrying, but we'll see how they are in a few days. They certainly don't seem ill and are being unusually snuggly!
I have yet more washing on. I did 8 loads last week. Unfortunately DD is very clumsy and fell in the mud every day last week. I thought someone must have been pushing her, but no, she just fell.
We're getting 2 new pairs of glasses for DD next week. I'm so glad kids get free glasses. She's picked a really cool pair this time.Mortgage (Start Sep 2014)- £70,295/£0 - 100%

Down 2lbs today! I was very good yesterday and did 14000 steps. The scales only do whole pounds so it was probably 1 and a bit.Mortgage (Start Sep 2014)- £70,295/£0 - 100%

This isn't about moneysaving. I just wanted to say that I've had a very bad day. I better not post the details but something horrible happened to DD yesterday and her teacher did nothing.
Sigh. It's so tempting to just keep DD off school tomorrow so I don't spend the day worrying.
I feel like I'm constantly battling at the moment and my armour has worn down to nothing. Home Ed isn't even an option due to DD's attachment problems.

You're doing an amazing job Amy and you and DD deserve better support from the School. See what the Head has to say but if you're not happy take it further.
Sending hugs

It was some of the other mums who took the situation from something horrible to something really cruel, but I guess some people are just born bullies.
I feel so happy that I'm picking her up for lunch today and she seemed much happier about going in.
OH is coming with me to the meeting. He's having to miss a lot of work recently, which worries me, but I'm glad he's coming as I tend to get worn down at meetings.
We still haven't had the ed psych referral, despite 2 professionals saying she needs one.
Oh well, I shall try not to cry so much today. We've been watching clips from Turner and Hooch in the mornings to cheer us up! I'd forgotten how much I loved Tom Hanks as a kid!

I can see now why my Mum let us all fend for ourselves at school when we were being bullied - it's so stressful!
Last night was awful with DD too scared to sleep without me next to her and this morning in floods of tears and clinging to me. Thankfully there is one lovely lady (class teacher not even there despite me giving them the heads up) who helped me.
I have finally sorted out my FD regular saver and sorted out a standing order so £300 will go into the savings automatically. I've also added my personal money into the general pot as I never use it any more and there was only £150 left. I hope I've done it right and there should always be £1000 in the account.
I still need to apply for one for OH but haven't got the energy today.
I've ordered tickets for a stand up comedian in April, which will be our first night out in about 2 years. I'm really worried how DD will cope but I can't be by her side for her whole life and our marriage is just as important.
We've quit karate. The shouting was just too scary for DD and her memory problems meant she was floundering a lot. We're going to go back to storytime for under 5s for a bit! Maybe we'll look at swimming lessons instead.
Stress = eating so I'm refusing to stand on the scales at the moment.
I'm pondering buying a CD. I haven't bought any new music in far too long (I say new...2015). It's the first time I've liked a band that OH has actively hated! DD seems to like them though and has been heard singing, "Regret, regret" and "spring, sun, winter, dread, I don't want to get older"
She always says, "But he will get older". She can't tell between real life and videos or metaphors.
The sun just came out. And it's nearly the weekend so two days of not having to avoid the mean mums!Mortgage (Start Sep 2014)- £70,295/£0 - 100%
