The descriptors are very specific. The one in question with regard to your communication issues is the social interaction descriptor and you do not meet the criteria as you can communicate with people you do not know, albeit with some difficulty.

The OP has done it once. To meet the criteria, it's something you won't be able to repeat. I, for example, meet the criteria relating to (I can't remember the actual criteria) reading. Because whilst I am capable of reading, I am not able to repeat that a few times a day.
Given your ability to partake in discussions on here it seems you are far more capable than you realise.

    I don't understand your logic:
I can take part in discussions on here. With people in real life? Er, no. Most people don't understand me when I talk.

If you read on, the OP acknowledges that they are capable of communicating in different 'official' situations. Their medical was not a one off, in fact they managed to attend and communicate with the JCP just today.

The OP claims they find it hard to understand things yet is able to participate in political debates on here. The two simply do not follow.

I can do anything on the internet because no one is watching me, No one knows who i am.

Theres no would i could for example take part in a political debate in person.

I had to go to the JCP today because i was basically forced to go when i applied for JSA. I was actually suppose to go on Friday but i wanted to change and do that you need to give a good excuse, mine was to go to doctor and get a sick note etc.

ESA/DM told me that i would be seeing a disability advisor and i wouldn't need to start looking for work right away. It seems like this didn't happen. I am more annoyed at the fact the first thing she mentioned was working links. Soon as she said that my full body went numb/tingly and automatically i Said NO, cancel my JSA application and walked out.

Or just remove it because all who need to see it have seen it now.

It distorts the page of the forum.

Did you ask the DM to explain to you why they booked an appointment to phone you?

The reply from ESF says that they will ask Working Links to send you a Man Activity letter...
did you get that letter? I wonder what that would say?

No, By this time i was signed off JSA and signed onto ESA.

I will be taking this email etc with me when i go to see a JCP manager to explain my situation.

It sounds like you need help with anger management.

I'm sorry you are contradicting yourself again - you can't deal with people yet you are making an appt to see a manager. Your condition seems rather selective, you can handle things if you think it is going to get you something you want.

Well im assuming im getting an appointment, I called ESA today and they booked a call back from a manager at my local JC, and she called to ask what she could do. She is going to call working links and call me back tomorrow.

I dont have a carer or anyone that can do this for me. I have problem with people more of a social way.

For example If i started college or a job or went to a pub i wouldn't talk to anyone unless they kind of spoke to me, I dont know how to start a conversation or continue following up if one is ever started. As i said i start talking really fast with zero eye contact.

But dealing with people in like JCP is rather different because i know what i need to talk to them about and why im talking to them.

Not such a big jump from doing this perhaps to internet call service, where customers call you, and a lot of your responses will be scripted. Just a bot of confidence building needed as you've never sunk your toe into the work situation. Only needs 16 hours out a whole week to get you started.

Even if you manage to get ESA on appeal, it will likely be the WRAG group and once gain you'll likely be mandated to do activities you don't want to do, to improve your re entry into the workforce.

The days of young people being left to spend a lifetime on the sick or dole without interference are numbered.

Who said i want to be on benefits forever or all my life.

With my political views. No one would be getting benefits, But unfortunately I am a real case who needs real help. It isn't all about money if it was i would have signed on to JSA today and i wouldn't be posting here.

So i went to the doctors this morning, and my doctor gave me a 8 week sick line and is going to write me a supporting letter. ..
Don't show that sicknote to JSA or they will not allow you to claim JSA.

Hmm, I was advised by ESA to show them the sick note. To show im still sick and unfit for work.

I dont understand why they dont allow you to get the ESA at the assessment rate until your appeal is done.
