DVLA and DISABLED class on PUBLIC view

The taxation class being "exempt" or "£0" wouldn't make any difference anyway as it's an easy inference to establish that it's not because the car is pre-1974 or low emissions. Your problem seems to be with vindictive neighbours, the only solution to that being to ask the DWP to do something about it, since whoever is doing it is costing them a lot of money and wasted time.0

Spam reported on the 3 copy & paste posts. Was hardly worth wasting bandwidth on once, let alone 3 times!
Incidentally, yes, our car is in the disabled tax class because of my wife but I drive it. I really don't have a problem at all with this, and neither does my disabled wife. It's obvious anyway every time we put her blue badge in the windscreen for everyone to see.
In fact, her view is that the people complaining about this (across several forums lately) are just the sort of people who make life harder for those with disabilities because they all get tarred with the same "pointless petty whinger" brush. That's the view of a 44 year old who's been disabled since she was 15, so I reckon it counts for something0 -
btw dvla vehicle enquiry does not show a "disabled" taxation class.. ive checked on two known cars that have disabled tax and they do not show as "disabled"
DVLA took this information off a few weeks ago nowSealed pot challenger # 10

Taxation discs are being removed from vehicles from OCT 2014, I still feel the car is Not disabled. and the taxation class is not disabled . in fact describing a taxation as disabled does not make sense. A taxation class does not have a wheel chair or one leg etc. if the taxation is exempt, due a person being disabled, then say so, exempt !. and the blue badge for parking etc is surely suffice . My disability is nothing to do with the public, nieghbours or corporations (who could use this info for there own ends). The DVLA must not release any personal information about the "person" , (and being disabled is VERY personal) under data protection laws. I have just made complaint to DVLA . thank you. graham.
So you are happy to display the blue badge for parking, but not the tax disc even though both indicate same?
If your user name is your real name, then you have just given a nice starting point to find about you.
P.S I know you like spamming your posts repeating the same message0 -
