So I get my facts right, 28 days per year equals 2.3 day's accrued per month correct? I will be there 6 months end of December which equals 13 days minus 3 I will have taken which will be 10 days owed. Is this correct?0

Your posting history. Anyone who has that much trouble with multiple employers needs to look a little closer to home as to the reasons why.
I don't think you're quite as hard done by as you make out - I think a lot of the problem lies with you and your unreasonable expectations. This latest whinge demonstrates that. Why not just get on with your job, keep your head down and let the issue of leave at Christmas slide for now? You are going to end up unemployed again and a bit of time off isn't worth it.
Pick your battles carefully when you are in a stronger position. Or keep making trouble and telling us how hard done by you are. Your call.0 -

I am never sick, I am never late, I go in do my days work without messing about, in return I expect to get what is rightfully mine, I do not get the logic behind standing back and getting walked over which will and does happen regardless of laws and regulations and if all this results in me getting the sack then so be it.
I've had about 5/6 jobs in my life time, only 1 didn't mess about and did things by the book, even if I look at my mrs she has had 2 jobs both have messed her about, at the moment she's working for £5.50 per hour, she's 39 so well below the minimum wage yet she does nothing, I can't help but wonder how many people are getting shafted by their employer one way or another0 -

Employers will not hate you because you want your statutory entitlement, but because you are comming across aggressively. You haven't even asked the question and you are puffing up your chest and getting ready for court.
You simply need to send a written request to allocate the 10 days leave that you are entitled to take by the end of the year.

As discussed, I am aware that my request for holidays over the Christmas period has been declined. Therefore, I would like to take the days acrued on Xdate.

No I didn't ask. The contract says to be taken in accordance with the company ie when they say,
I am going to say this again, and then I am going to forget it because you do, as others have observed, seem to enjoy having issues with your employers, and maybe that is more important to you than sorting it out - or even getting the right evidence, or considering your future.
There is no "i.e" in the sentence you have quoted from your contract, and "in accordance" does not mean "when the employer says so". Every employee must take their holidays "in accordance" with the employer. It means in the way that their employers determine. Nothing more. So I repeat - you have not asked your employer for the opportunity to take holidays and so you have no evidence that they have refused to allow it. That is their defence, and it will stand up in court unless you can prove otherwise. Which you currently cannot. And quite probably never will, because what is going to happen is, when you submit a grievance (which you need to do - courts require evidence of your attempts to resolve disputes with the employer) they are going to allow you to take your holidays. It would be a daft employer who allows such a refusal to be put in writing. Four weeks later (or whatever) they will need to make redundancies.
It is all very well and good standing up for your rights. Yes people should. But they should also first consider whether they can afford to. Your posting history indicates that you have previously spent a great deal of time unemployed, there are no jobs in your area, and you hated being without any money and on benefits. What has changed? How will a gap on your CV improve matters - because you can forget any chance of a reference?0 -

I did mention this in a post many months ago, yes she works part time in a chip shop, she gets £5.50 per hour.0 -

Call the HMRC minimumum wage help line and report them.
If they investigate then the back pay should be paid.0
