    Quite often. If there's no hurry for it to get here I'll go down the cheap route. But then that is the good thing about eBay, if there's a problem once they step in everything's always been fine. That's why I'm wondering why it hasn't been in the op's case which contradicts my numerous examples!

    cause outside ebay deal is like carping on ebay. its naughty as ebay do not get a cut. if the seller is creating revenue for ebay they will prob not do anything to the seller.
