Mine notices. I think he'd notice anyway, he has in the past, but current hair dresser prefers to style ( which he doesn't charge for, rather begs me to do, lol) rather than just let me walk out with it wet, so it always looks very different to how I do it at home.0 -

I think sometimes they notice but just don't see the point in saying anything.
I have naturally big curly hair. About 3/4 years ago I had it trimmed and straightened before going to meet now ex at the Beefeater (shut up  ) near his work. He didn't say a thing and it was as obvious as could be!If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
I recently chopped about 6" off my hair and dyed it a totally different colour. DH didn't notice but his brother did :rotfl:Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

Ha ha! About a year later, I swapped the small blue convertible sports car for a very large dark green executive car.
Even though it was parked outside the front of the house, it took her two days to notice.0 -
lol - no he doesn't notice - I have had some drastic haircuts/colour changes in the last thirty odd years and he has never ever commented unless I ask directly.
the kids did suggest I strip and cover myself in green paint and string fairy lights around me - but he would just have thought I was a Christmas tree!0 -
I have it on good authority (guys' nights out - yes, I'm apparently an honorary member) that, sometimes they notice but are too scared to say anything in case it's the wrong thing to say or they'll get it wrong by, say, commenting on a lovely dress, only to find it's two sizes larger because she's put on weight and it's taken as him focusing on the dress because she looks so awful, he can't possibly be finding her attractive.
When I hear stuff like that from them, I do feel sorry for them - they're onto a loser before they start!I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

It's a well known fact, at least amongst men, that if a comment can be taken a right way, as it is meant, or a wrong way, a woman will take it the wrong way.
If in doubt, say nothing.0 -

So does Mrs G. It gives me a fighting chance.
Even then, I sometimes forget that she has told me and don't notice the changes.0 -
