    Are you serious?.....:rotfl:

You seriously think an overworked GP is going to be interested in whose knickers were in the duvet?

    Do leave off lol

    Lin :)

Im clearly talking about the issues of trust, anxiety and so forth that the OP was talking about.

Cant believe I have forgotton this.....when he came home from work the day I got back he bought me not one but two bunches of flower's!(this is before I found the knickers, found next morning) He was all over me telling me how he missed me so much and how he couldn't sleep without me in the bed, said he must of got 2 hours sleep. That night I noticed his eyes were very blood shot and said to him he look shattered! So he obviously didn't get a lot of sleep when I was away. Although he does do a tiring job I have to say.
I was a bit taken aback by the way he said he missed me. He even apologised for 'coming on a bit strong' his words.

Does he normally buy my flowers, yes sometimes.

If you forgot something that happened only the night before you found the knickers, which my have been related had the poor guy been cheating, and now suddenly remember I think your mind is clutching at straws.

Keep remembering the fact that the knickers were your size, the type you would buy and had the labels cut out just like you do instead of trying to find random reasons to think he's cheating. You'll drive yourself mad.

The odds on him having found somebody to cheat with who is bizarrely like you, in the knickers department, is quite unlikely

Unlikely, but what if he planted the underwear, to test the OP. See how she'd react. Whether they would have a reasonable and civil discussion or she would fly off the handle?

Yes, you are right, it is unlikely, because most normal people, in a relationship, would not do that

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)

I agree. Most people in a relationship wouldnt monitor their partners coffee and nicotine intake on a daily basis, not monitor their emails and where they check them - i dont think this is the average relationship...

The last thing you want is to spend a couple of nights in hospital.

The simplest explanation is usually correct.

They're in your size. The label's been removed which is something you do.

They're yours. The timing is probably a coincidence.

Firstly, you need to take everything here lightly.

There are some people who have made their own conclusions, which is a bit sad.

If you are thinking "has my OH cheated?" then you have already got some sort of problem with trusting him.

There is only one question you need to answer: Are they your pants or not?
If you don't know then the mystery will probably never be solved.

Search through his Facebook, phone, email and feel guilty if you find nothing. But by doing this, you may drive him far away.

    OR

    Trust what he says.

Why do you pick men that you don't trust?
People who feel "it's my right to snoop" clearly don't trust what their partner says.

You should have vetted them before bedding them!

Far too many people these days split up because of these sorts of issues and the fact they trust others less and less.

You've had your say, anotheruser. Others have different conclusions to you although I guess if the thread is locked then we'll never know :D
