Help to unlock nokia 3120

Hi, My BT pay as u go service ended in March, just found out and they have snaffled my credit balance!! So I need to unlock the phone - how do I do this? does anybody remember which network BT used? I know the phone is 10 years old but it is only used in an emergency - little used so I don't want to bin-it just yet. Thanks…

No, remove the SIM first. Tried this one?

If you tried it 3 times without success, then it is locked and you'll need to get a PUK.
For a 99p phone it's hardly worth the hassle.
Are you sure it is actually locked-have you tried the new SIM in it first?
