Yes, got mine a couple of days ago. It's a 5 week one from 30th of August to the 3rd October.
  • Ohhh such a shame, I have read ISS process is quicker than Appen one, do you agree?

I think maybe with isoft once you pass the tests then they have work available straight away, but I have finally had a email from Appen about available work. But I have to do a few hours qualifying work first which is understandable.

However, the ratings are much much easier compared to isoft I think.

  • Well, this is a first for me...has anyone ever been overpaid? I've been working since Nov/14 and payment has always been spot on. I'm not aware of any billing cycle changes and the amount is about $120.00 (USD) more. :j

Hiiii!! I´m almost a newbie here, I´m receiving my second payment hopefully this week, this payment includes 5 weeks, maybe that´s the reason? btw I ´ve read your past posts and it seems you also receive your payment by paypal like me, have you noticed any date pattern concerning the payment day?

Thanks, that makes sense and sounds about right. I've been paid anywhere from the 12th to the 24th, and do receive my payment by paypal.

Do they only pay via Paypal?

This is the only option that was given to me, and it's sent in the method where we have to incur the expense of using paypal. When I worked for Appen I was paid by paypal as well, but Appen paid the fees.

Regarding payment dates, the only thing I've noticed is they tend to pay later when you earned more money - might just be coincidence though!

@tanya2014 it should be bank transfer if you're in the UK and doing hourly contract work.
