Well LCP have replied to the above with:

Should i bother writing anything in reply or just leave it till the appeal date? From reading that letter, they had nothing to reply with at all and are just clutching at straws!

Leave it - they actually haven't added anything worthy of a reply, they have just ranted!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • That was my thoughts. I think they know they have no argument as even if they do supply a pre-estimate of loss (too late now though) then it will still not be anywhere near the amount they are arguing.
    Roll on the appeal!

What a fabulous rant. Do you think he might actually explode when PoPLA upholds the appeal?

Well finally had my reply from my POPLA appeal today almost a month later than they said it would be considered and they have allowed my appeal based on GPEOL.

Thanks for all the help guys!

Course they did! Never in doubt - well done and thanks for the update. Did their evidence only list £34 odd in 'loss'? They are stupid.

Now you can spread the word to family and friends never to pay a fake PCN.

They never gave a break down of loss. They refused to after i asked for it 3 times. The POPLA Assessor picked up on this fact as well.

Can you show us the actual decision please, always good to read them and know which assessor it was/date/POPLA code so others can cite the decision in future. Obviously leave out your car registration!
