It shows differently on Equifax - it shows red AP markers right up to January 2010.

I think perhaps getting the info would let me see what the balances were each month. Strange that Noddle has the balances at 0. Equifax doesn't show the balances. :-/ I wonder if I paid it off sooner than the Jan?

    Hi hieveryone,

The address you should use to write to us about this is:

    Credit Reference Amendments Team
    Lloyds Bank
    Box 1
    BX1 1LT

    Hope this helps,

    Craig

Are this team likely to get back to me?

Contacted them beginning of August and heard nothing so far.

Send them a follow up stating you will gave no choice but to refer to FOS if they don't respond.

You should have had a response within 5 to 7 working days of the team receiving your letter. Sorry about that. I'd recommend sending them another letter.

If, for some reason, you don't receive a reply to that, you can make a complaint. Our Customer Services team will then investigate your case and get back to you. You can do that using our online form here. You can also find info on our complaints process on this page.

    Thanks,

Contact the FOS and get them to write to Lloyds on your behalf. Otherwise Lloyds will most likely just ignore you again.
