But thanks for your ever so helpful input."Facism arrives as your friend. Yes you can ask them to consider removing it, or you could try arguing it should have defaulted around Dec 08.
It is worth a shot to ask but until you try to do that then I don't think people can really give you much more advice to what you've already been given.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Thank you for this - the key piece of info I was looking for was when to ask it to be defaulted from. December sounds about right, which would make it removable this Dec?
Where would I find the address to write to Lloyds?
Thanks

Just wondering if this changes things. Was having a nosy on Noddle credit file and found this. To me this looks like I paid it off as of May 2009? Yet the arrangement stayed until Jan/Feb 2010?
Any ideas folks?
Thanks

Looks that way.
Was it more than 6 months between going over your limit and then going into branch? If so, it should have defaulted after 6 months.
How much over your limit did you go? Just wondered as you could complain about disproportionate charges. Worth a punt.
Did you get you account numbers etc? If not, SAR Lloyds giving your address. They must gave records otherwise they can't back up that credit report entry. SAR may also show something that goes in your favour.:beer:0 -
Thank you happy_bunny.
No, I don't recall it being more than 6 months, I think it was approx 3 months.
I do remember trying to claim for charges at the time but it got rejected, I found a letter on my computer asking for £136 of charges back. I am pretty sure I was about £50 over my limit.
I do have an account number, yes. Is it worth sending for information? How do I get all this info?
It's strange that the entry is different on Noddle than it is on Equifax?

Less than 6 months and its tricky to argue it should gave been defaulted.
What does it show on Equifax and a Experian?
To get the info costs £10 via a subject access request. Doesn't seem to be worth it unless you are curious as to what they have on you or you fancy annoying them as £10 won't cover the amount of work they will need to do.
Seems like you should complain to get that noddle report corrected.:beer:0
