Combined parking solutions cases - any popla codes?

Just wanted to point out the odd pattern of cases where a person has said they have a PCN from Mike and Alex Perkins' lot, Combined Parking Solutions, and then the poster never reappears, even though they were close to POPLA stage and could have complained to the BPA about no POPLA code!
Keeper but not driver, appeal rejected but apparently no POPLA code:

Any thoughts that won't get you sued by the Perky pair? Where have these posters gone? Use of the word 'allegedly' may be advisable...
