It's me again, I have done something crazy! I couldn't bare to look at £189.35 remaining to my Tesco credit card so, I have used the £100 of my Florida Fund, and also £89.35 out of my emergency fund to pay it off completely!!!!

I feel relieved it has gone, and that is two debts cleared. I am going to focus on getting some money back into my emergency fund now aswell as my next debt :), I still have 6 paydays till florida - if I only have £600 then so be it... this debt is the most important issue right now!!!

So onto my third debt to clear - My OH'S mum.... I owe her £850 for the Florida flights and park tickets! Again this really is a luxury I should not have agreed too, however it is a once in a lifetime experience and I have never been. It was £1000 but I have paid off £150 already!!!

I am enjoying myself with this debt clearing!!! A weight is being slowly lifted off of my shoulders. The main reason I have been able to clear off them two debts really is by stopping smoking... it was costing me £200 a month.

  • Fab nights work Laura, I'm the same if there are bits and bobs hanging around I hate it. I like nice round numbers and for it all to be even - I blame my OCD!

I'm going to Florida later this year, first time for me too, I can't wait although not looking forward to the flight :0(

    Have a great day x x

Ps: I didn't know spiders bite OMG I shall be on spider alert lol!

Yes the false widow spiders can bite and if you have a reaction they can be quite nasty I heard. Scary isn't it!

Feeling good about paying two debts off! Looking forward to clearing the next to my OH's mum! I think I am addicted to paying debts off now!

How are you getting on? X

Yay! I love the green slider thing on their online banking... makes it really visually appealing to see the amount come down :D

Yeah I love that too! Although I am only paying a few pounds more than minimum onto it at the moment as I am tackling another debt at the moment :) that is the next one on my agenda!
    I will get there eventually.

    Update:

So today was NSD 2/2 :) better still I found £4 in my purse today so I have put that into my account today to build up some money to repay OH's mum.
3 days till payday I am going to strict on what I spend as any money left will go towards payment to debt!

Hoping for NSD's all the way up till payday! Have had a letter unable to be delivered today.... think it is from the car garage probably refusing to pay anything again which means another step closer to small claims court.

My new phone upgrade arrived today, im loving it so far! Farewell apple I phones :)
