Fiona Macey (York Uni Sustainable Travel and Transport Manager) is an award winner you know.

'Rationing parking is key to the University of York’s ‘pick & mix’ approach to travel planning'

The awards keep coming for Fiona.

Is there no end to this womans talent. She's turned York Uni's Parking into the envy of the World. Or at least the BPA.

She's a credit to York. The 2012 Best Sustainable Travel Initiative Award.

  • They're nice car parks, I'll give her that. I'll respond to her letter then and then offer the without prejudice save for costs offer for each of the remaining PCNs

There are only two live PCNs as far as I read her letter, and neither has had a NTK yet.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi all,

I am still receiving NtK and KLN letters for PCNs that have been obtained throughout 2015, but have just noticed the University of York have been removed as an AOS member on the BPA's website (http://britishparking.co.uk/Approved-Operators), but their letters still have BPA logos on the footer and the signs they are showing in their carparks also still have BPA logos on them.

Having being removed as an AOS member, what are they actually allowed to do regarding PCNs?

if they were members at the time, the rules can be used due to their paid membership when the event occurred

you can report them to the BPA if you feel you should, but they may say the PPC has been given time to alter their paperwork and signage

plus, you were rubbish at Glastonbury AND you are not the worlds best rock star either :) lol

Seemingly losing at POPLA is a key determinant in jumping ship!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just spoke to the BPA about it and it was their decision to leave and they did so on 17/06/2015 and they have 12 weeks to remove any logos.

you know what, I've got a million people telling me why I can't do it. You know, that I'm not a real designer, that I'm not this. I'm not a real rapper, either! I'm not a real musician, either! Like, I don't know how to play the piano. I'm an artist. I went to art college.
