    Morning all

Been missing you all :( There are just not enough hours in the day.... something is going to have to give soon (my sanity is my first bet ) Not even had chance to lurk so I'm sure I've missed all sorts of bargains.

Apart from my lack of time and spiralling shopping bill, things are going pretty well here. Had a CT scan the other week which I've not heard anything about so I can only assume was normal :T
I've managed to lose almost 2 stones of the weight I gained during treatment and had my first proper hair cut this weekend. Feel as if I am finally getting back to the old me :D

Hope all is okay with the Elite :)

    Morning all x

That's so good to hear logie x:T

  • Hi everyone, Sorry I haven't been posting my usual frequent target shops. I haven't been around much lately due to all my time and focus being taken up by job hunting, I haven't even done any target shops for a few weeks now due to this :( Hope everyone is well and enjoying glitchy shopping :)

I thought I'd share this offer from Topcashback, its £5 cashback for any DVD purchased but you need to click the link from the email as its members by invite only. Have a look for an email from, offers@email.topcashback.co.uk titled "Exclusively for you - £5 cashback on any DVD at Amazon!" I received mine on Saturday. Theres no minimum spend so if you go for a £5 DVD its effectively free :j

The only problem is now I cannot decide which DVD to buy LOL

4 different accounts for our house and not one email with free £5:(

Well I wonder what we have in store for the coming week. :)

Last Sunday my fridge was full of fruit and veg and now we have shower gel, flash and biscuits.

    Isn't it exciting:T

DH has been quite mystified by all the different meals he's had in the last week :rotfl:

I got some of the ready prepared potato products at Morrys. Must say I've been very impressed. The Rosti were lovely - might even buy them again. We had them with the Pineapple gammon from a while ago;) Also the Parmentier potato cubes and the leek, potato and cheese bake thingy. And the mash was lovely too.

Having different veg from normal has also given me the boost I needed to cook some different meals. Although we did have bangers and mash last night thanks to Lidl weekend sausages. Very nice too!

I'm also planning to stuff some peppers as I've had some couscous stuffing hanging around for ages from a cheap Sada sell off yonks ago.

Yesterday was great. "Bought" DH a new cordless drill using love2shop vouchers and nectar points. Not 1p did I pay
Then ordered 50 prints from Snapfish for just postage cost of £1.49 thanks to code from McD's monopoly promotion. DD1 is making up a photo album for her friend's 18th birthday.I expect we can find one or two other bits to go with it ;).

Finally DD1 went to cinema with ticket paid for with clubcard points. Happy Days!

Oh, and DH's car passed it's MOT on Saturday with no work needed, not bad for a 10 year old car :T

DD zip has just bust on her bag so here's hoping ...

I'm awaiting my @ hd... I added a couple if flash so fingers crossed... It's still showing on offer at t on msl...

I'm just starting my sort out for our holiday... W.u.l, wash powder etc all dispensed into little bottles,
Biscuit stash ready to be boxed...just hope they dont all melt

Mr monkey will have a fit when he sees it all:rotfl:
I can't see the point in buying it at extortionate prices from the shop on site when I've a cupboard full at home...
I remember nearly having a seizure last year on holiday when I paid £1.70 for a cucumber:eek::mad:

This year I'm prepared, I've found a Lidl 4 miles from where we are staying:rotfl:

    Anyway enough of my waffle....

Enjoy your day what ever you are doing..
I will post my @ results when I get them

In my email it says "Its been a while since you made a purchase using Topcashback". They're right, I haven't used it in ages. Seems like this offer is purely to tempt me back :D Sorry you didn't get one, it must be because they're already happy with your custom

Morning all. Going to do my first biccie shops today.

Going to do 4 shops today as my DD's love the medley bars in their lunchboxes and are getting a bit sick of the nutri grains :)

I am also partial to a toffee crisp ;) (or 5!)
