My newsfeed is full of storm statuses but if there was anything here last night I slept right through it

I'm spending a large portion of the day at my allotment I got a lot of weed control membrane very cheap the other day so I need to get so e down before I get the sprouts in on Sunday. And there's digging to be done

Put the sprouts in yesterday under a netted cage. Don't forget to put a collar on the plants to protect from cabbage fly. I just cut up 4-6" squares of plastic with a small X cut in the middle and plant the sprout in the X. Put a few stones on the plastic to hold down. (Don't I sound knowledgeable? Can't take credit though as chap in the allotment shop told me.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

I tried the membrane once. I ended up with weeds growing on top of it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
