Anyway just going to have a good catch up and hope everyone has a good day.
That is good! School uniform is soooo expensive, well the 'branded' stuff is anyway. I'd say to anyone with little ones starting school. Don't buy lots of the branded stuff.....they grow out of it too quickly. 2 of anything is enough. 1 to wear whilst the other is being washed. And if they wear plain shirts/trouser/skirts, the cheap stuff that As and Ts sells is really good. Ts 75p polo shirts (if they still do them?) were fab, they washed well and lasted a whole year and were cheap enough to buy 5, a clean one for every day.0 -
We had the rain in the night and a thunderstorm, so I have been told, not that any of us heard it.
We have had about 3 spots of rain this morning, the sky was black and we had a clap of thunder, so didnt bother putting all my bedding out on the line, but the sky is bright blue now, so have just put it out, hope the rain keeps away from us today.0
