Can you identify the most recent and oldest letters that refer to halting interest payments. Am on the OFT section now.

    Right, am in library again.

I went through my folder and it seems 2 letters from MCS have the sentence about interest being waived.

    1) The letter you mentioned 16th January 2007

    2) 14th September 2007 (after payments were reduced to £1 per month).

This lack of interest was also mentioned many times during telephone conversations with MCS but I don't have a record of these.

    Thanks

Did you get transcripts of the telephone calls with your SAR?

    Nope, no transcripts.

Good news - draft proofing being done tomorrow, storage heaters coming Thursday! I was quite pleased tonight as I was lighting the stove for the millionth time!

    Hi Acey

We are on-line at the same time and for once I am not logged in but working elsewhere! On Saturday, my booking ended about 10 minutes before your post, yet again.

Can I suggest that you keep hold of that stove? Very useful in power cuts, if not at other times.

I really hope that the draught proofing and insulation make a big difference, particularly in the boy's room. Doing mine is going to be a night mare as the attic walls have to come down, with loads of soot.

Am going to work the OFT stuff and am hioping rog will pick this up.

I am not sure of the SAR rules but I know that his stuff included transcripts and so much of your contat has been verbal, it would help a lot with the case.

Just been told to go home as transport is getting difficult (lots of rain again). The live departure boards look OK but Local news suggests problems en-route.

    Heaven is dry socks!

Eventually got to my meeting and then home. No trains, both alternative train routes and the normal bus route flooded. Finally they set up a bus replacement service but it took 2 hours to do a 20 minute journey.

    Are you OK.

Hmm, had a trying day so far. Smaller son (4) is being attacked every day by another boy in his class. He has withstood lots of pushing, tripping over, scratches and so on, but is in tears every morning now because the other boy cut a chunk out of his hair!

The storage heaters were fitted yesterday and look OK but NPower won't put the new meter in until the 12th February....

    And college is finished!

Hope all is well with you.
