    Please start a new thread summarising clearly what's what as most of us won't want to read back through this thread and I had no idea from this meandering old thread that you had a court claim from UKPC (unheard of almost) until I happened to click here - and your thread was on page 10!

    BUT before you start that new thread, with pics of the claims forms and explaining there are two keepers with 2 claims, please read post #5 of the Newbies thread.

    Also you do realise that ParkingTicketAppeals write defences for £19.99?
