You don't understand what "WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO THE QUESTION OF COSTS" actually means do you?

I would guess you can't see it means he agrees he owes costs, without perdujice save as to the question of costs. Question of costs being what the op is asking about. Post 1. So, as the 'question of costs' isn't actually without predujice.........

That's not right - the costs in question are not the loss/debt he supposedly 'owes'.

Sorry mate, no single leaeholder will own the common land. It will set up for all of them. Stick to parking advice?

Was that a set of goalposts I just saw jumping smartly to a different location?

And I'm not your mate, mate.

Actully, I wa going to post about the costs being the costs to keep the op off the land, the remedy for trespass, and not, as you have assumed, merely the ticket cost. So the letter can be used to award the costs if the freeholder purses the op, jointly with their agent But I give up, you carry on as if it's an overstay in Tesco's.

The question of costs isn't about that, either.

Hi guys, sorry for starting a fight here! Just need to know people's views on my suggested approach (post #35) before I write the letter on Sun and send it on Mon.

    Do I need recorded delivery?
