Another 'administrative error' for the BPA to excuse, sadly. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You shouldn't be receiving a reminder not whilst appeal is ongoing.
I would respond by email/post telling them they have the appeal, enclose a copy of proof of posting if you have it and tell the. You expect to hear by xx/xx w(35 days after you sent appeal) expecting either a cancellation or a POPLA code. Enclose a copy of the appeal to "be helpful" in case they have carelessly lost it!
Thanks for the advice, their online appeal didn't seem to be working for me so I did send by post. I will follow your advice in case it has been lost in transit! Cheers0 -
Well it won't be the first time post has being 'lost' as the Parking Prankster has blogged...

I'm suprised the postal system hasn't ground to a complete halt with all these 'lost' letters stuck in it.0 -
Meanwhile it could be useful to check with the local planning office to see if the planning consent wad given with 1hour 30 mins or have they shortened itI'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Dear JAMEZ1080
Thank you for your e-mail regarding parking at your local Aldi store and we were sorry to hear of the problems experienced. Then why cause them?
We instruct Parking Eye to manage a number of our car parks throughout the UK. No you don't they do not manage them they simply penalise for overstays. It is important to us that we protect our company resources, such as car parks, so that they are safeguarded for use by our customers. However 99% are your customers. Our stores are extremely busy, and it is disappointing for customers Not forgetting some offer parking to others! when they are unable to find a parking space. Its even more disappointing after finding one they get charged £65/£100 or a court claim.
If you would like to speak to someone regarding this please can you contact our Parking Management team between 8:00 & 16.30 Monday to Friday on 01793 836313. When Rachel will do jack about it. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Do you really?
Kind regards,
Kelly

"Our stores are extremely busy," because we build stores on small packets of land no other supermarkets will touch, we find ourselves with car-parks that are too small for the amount of customers we have. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

.....the Aldi closest to me customers used to be able to use the car park spaces of a PH which partly owns the land which shares the car park for both. But then the PH brought in their own PPC which results in the car park spaces for Aldi customers being even less. I've seen squabbles break out between motorists over a space. Its funny to watch. Its part the Aldi/ParkingEye experience.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -
It's not only Aldi's car parks which are too small, their stock rooms suffer from the same problem.Their Facebook page regularly features pictures of the sales floor full of pallets of goods with the customers having to try and negotiate this obstacle course . They even manage to block the fire doors on some occasions. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
