That letter to PE looks awfully like my POPLA appeal for Town Quay :-D
Even down to some of the wording.
Just to make you aware, Leighsaa, you won't need to produce photos, and I'll come to Manchester as a witness in court for you if it gets that far (costs will be paid by PE when you win), and I can also probably find you a Lay Rep to assist.
Pranky, wanna partner me on this one?0 -
The OP hasn't been around since his last post on 29/7. Maybe on holiday, otherwise could be missing a golden offer. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi all, still around but have nothing new to report yet.
Dee, the 35days PE has to reject or cancel invoice - will that run from the date on my letter sent to them 09.07.14?
BenefitMaster - good to meet you and yes your POPLA appeal was a godsend when it came to putting my letter together and I learned a lot from it so thank you. That's good news about the photos and wow thank you for the offer; still crossing everything that it doesn't get that far, although I'm a bit nervous as to why it's taking so long for PE to reject my initial appeal to them.
Umkomaas - I'm still here been getting bogged down with friends wedding stuff

Yes 35 days is from appeal you send them. So next week in theory.
In fact I would be tempted to email them on Wednesday and mention that as you have not heard yet, you are assuming the appeal has been successful. If not you require a POPLA code from them pdq.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Hey everyone, quick update. Wednesday was 35 days since my appeal to PE. I got home from work to a rejection letter offering me another 14 days to pay the invoice and so far they haven't provided a POPLA code as requested. Is it worth me uploading the rejection letter onto here? Leighsaa0

nope, just write back saying cancel or popla code, nothing more to add , then report them to the BPA as per post '6 of the newbies thread due to not obeying the 2014 BPA newsletter
add copies of your pcn, appeal and response to the complaint0 -
I would reply by email or on their appeals page again saying 'what are you playing at, this is Town Quay Soton where you know there's no keeper liability. Cancel or lose at POPLA, your choice; if the latter then POPLA code now.Hey everyone, quick update. Wednesday was 35 days since my appeal to PE. Hi all. We have a parking charge notice, we have appealed it and had it rejected, they know my boyfriend was driving now as he appealed it, did anyone get any pictures of the signs in this car park?
What do I do now, we have two dates to pay the reduced rate?0 -
